As an SAP HCM Consultant (HR Administration and Payroll Consultant), you will work with clients on the implementation, development, and maintenance of SAP solutions. You will participate in gathering business requirements and translating them into business processes within the SAP system.
Position Overview
- Participate in the implementation, development, and maintenance of SAP HCM solutions
- Analyze business requirements, design optimal solutions, and provide consulting support to clients to optimize HCM processes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Actively support sales activities, including solution presentations and project scope assessments
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams on local and international projects while ensuring a high standard of delivery

- Configure (customize) SAP HCM systems in accordance with business requirements and applicable legal regulations
- Integrate SAP HCM with other system modules
- Migrate data from legacy systems to SAP
- Plan and execute testing activities and validate implemented solutions
- Provide user support and resolve requests of varying complexity
- Prepare user, functional, and technical documentation
- Actively participate in continuous learning initiatives and obtain certifications in line with personal and professional development plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or Natural Sciences
- Experience working with Human Resources Management processes (including personnel administration and payroll) within ERP systems
- Excellent English language skills (minimum B2 level)
- Valid Category B driver's license and active driving experience
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
