As an SAP Basis Medior/Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP systems for local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SAP Basis activities across projects, from planning through execution
• Plan and execute complex upgrades, migrations, and integrations, including SAP S/4HANA conversions
• Optimize SAP infrastructure, system performance, and databases (SAP HANA, MS SQL, Oracle)
• Manage backup and recovery processes, users, authorizations, and transports
• Analyze client requirements and propose solutions, including project scope estimation
• Provide technical support and training to clients and resolve complex technical issues
• Work with enterprise-level Linux (SUSE, Red Hat) and Windows environments
• Mentor junior and medior coworkers and share knowledge across the team
• Keep up with new technologies and recommend their application in internal development
• Work with clients both on-site and remotely

Required Qualifications

• University degree in economics, computer science, engineering, natural sciences, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration, including installations, upgrades, and S/4HANA conversions
• Experience managing and configuring SAP systems (ECC6, S/4HANA, Solution Manager)
• Experience administering Linux (SUSE, Red Hat) and Windows systems
• Experience with at least one of the following databases: SAP HANA, MS SQL, or Oracle
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is an advantage
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
• Category B driving license
